The Best Gluten Free Cool Whip Fruit Dip
Have you gone into hibernation with no plans to set foot outside of your front door until the temperature is at least a few degrees higher than your age (since we are all 29 forever right)? Are you one more snow storm away from booking a one way ticket to Hawaii and never looking back? Are you currently listing off all of the ways America could have made mother nature so mad, she sent a polar vortex (good news, by the time you are done, spring will definitely be here).
If you are ready to trade in your snow boots for bathing suits and hot chocolate for some hot weather… you are in luck. Word on the street is groundhog Phil was not able to spot his shadow and an early spring is on its way.
Just in case you are a bit skeptical and not willing to put all of your eggs in Phil’s basket (let’s face it, Phil does not have the most proven track record), let’s give Spring a little encouragement to make its’ grand entrance with a little positive thinking and by making a delicious fruit dip perfect for Spring time weather.
Making this dip is super easy. The best part, this delicious dip requires only two ingredients and comes together in less than ten minutes. To make this dip simply combine raspberry yogurt and cool whip together in a medium sized mixing bowl and whip until the yogurt is a little fluffy and the ingredients are well combined.
Once mixed, taste the dip and adjust the amount of cool whip and yogurt as desired. Place the dip in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve, then enjoy with all of your favorite fruits!

-1/2 (12 ounce) tub kraft cool whip, thawed
-3-4 (6 ounce) containers gluten free raspberry yogurt
In a medium sized bowl combine the yogurt and the cool whip then mix together with a spoon until the yogurt is fluffy and all of the ingredients are well combined. Adjust the amount of cool whip and yogurt as desired, then place in the fridge. Wash all fruit thoroughly, remove from the refrigerator, and serve immediately.
